This is a before and after pic of a 1960 Redfish that was headed to the scrap heap!  The motor was seized (35hp Gale Buccaneer) and the trailer was rusted out.  I stripped it COMPLETELY bare (including the rotted out balsa floor) including all controls and wiring.  Re-installed a re-built Evinrude Lark IV that I got for free buried in the mud from a guy!  Also switched out the trailer and replaced the axle with a brand new one as well as new keel rollers.  Added new rotary steering, good used windshield (also got for free), re-claimed rub rail, ladder and hand-rails, new stringers & floor, carpet, seats, bimini top.. too much to list… complete new wiring all the way to the motor as well as several switches & gauges, lights & accessories.
